Use &
occasions

What's the best type of event for Botanical Ice?

Weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, brunches, happy hours, intimate dinners at home — anywhere a drink is being raised. They give guests something to notice, and give the host one less thing to fuss over.

What kind of drinks is Botanical Ice best with?

Anything you'd pour into a glass — water, mocktails, lemonades, matcha lattes and martinis, champagne, white wine, sangria, specialty cocktails, spritzes, and any spirit served over ice.

Are the flowers and herbs edible?

Yes. As the ice melts, the flowers and greenery set inside are entirely edible — chosen from growers who work without synthetic pesticides.

Does Botanical Ice contain allergens?

None. Botanical Ice contains only water and edible flowers — none of the major food allergens. Guests with specific flower or pollen sensitivities should review the palette for their order.

Sizing &
quantity

How many should I order?

Two cubes per guest is a comfortable starting point. The minimum order is 50 pieces; for orders above 200, we'll talk through the timing and palette with you directly. Orders may mix shapes and styles — any combination of clear, greenery, botanical, spheres, and cubes.

What size are the cubes and spheres?

Cubes measure 2 × 2 × 2 inches and weigh approximately 3.8 to 4 ounces. Spheres are 2.4 inches in diameter and weigh approximately 3.8 to 4 ounces.

Do they require special glassware?

No. Any glass at least 2 inches across at the base works, with a capacity of 9 ounces or more. Coupes, lowballs, and highballs all handle them comfortably — and highballs fit more than one.

Timing

How far in advance should I place an order?

At least one month in advance. Any order placed within two weeks of the event date will incur a rush fee.

Delivery

Do you deliver?

We prefer to hand-deliver all orders to guarantee proper storage and handling of the Botanical Ice. Delivery charges are based on distance and start at $100.

How do you keep the cubes cold for delivery?

The day before delivery, we pre-chill the delivery cooler. The Botanical Ice remains in the freezer until transfer, to ensure it stays frozen during transit.

How is the ice packaged?

Cubes are packed in freezer bags in sets of 15 or 20. Each bag is labeled with count, ingredients, and production date, and stores easily in a home freezer until use.
